Medacs Nursing
Medacs Nursing is a key provider in New Zealand of temporary Nurses of all grades and specialties, Healthcare Assistants and Clinical Assistants, supplying to the public and private healthcare sectors (including rest homes and hospitals). Our aim is to deliver a service that supports our clients in delivering the highest level of patient care. In order to provide this, we recognise it is only by understanding both our clients and candidates' needs that we can deliver a truly effective solution.
How We Work
Unlike most other recruitment agencies, our Medacs Nursing division operates with individual client and candidate teams so they can maximise the benefit of their knowledge and expertise. This enables us to work with the optimum level of efficiency, providing both clients and candidates the support they require, while being able to drive down overall response times. Each client is provided with a dedicated service through an experienced team consisting of Business Development Managers, Team Managers and highly trained Consultants.
This team is responsible for ensuring that individual requirements are correctly established and operational procedures strictly adhered to. We also undertake regular review meetings and provide comprehensive management information to ensure our performance is effectively monitored.
And we deliver a 24 hour, 365 days per year service.
Management Information
In order to assist in planning, forecasting and budget management, Medacs Nursing has established comprehensive management information reporting. Through our management system and database, we have the capability to deliver real time client specific reports detailing temp usage, spend and fill rate reports. Individual reports can also be provided upon request
