Aesthetics Doctor

 

Aesthetics Doctor required to provide Aesthetic and Slimming services to our client base across their 2 clinics.

 

The Services

Aesthetic Service

The current service delivery is:

  • Botox
  • Fillers
  • Mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation
  • Mesotherapy for cellulite treatments

Slimming Service

The service is nurse and doctor led and requires the doctor to prescribe various weight loss medications to aid the client to lose weight alongside diet and exercise.

The programmes are supported by nurses. In house training will be given by our Clinical Director who is a practicing GP.

 

Role Specifics

The role will be split between the 2 clinics. The role will be split 70% slimming and 30% Aesthetics for the first 2 months then progressing to full time Aesthetics over the next 12 months.

The role requires the Aesthetic doctor to support the sales and consultation process and conversion of slimming clients to aesthetic treatments.

The role will be 25 hours for the first 2-3 months this will then move to a full time post as the Aesthetic sales develop.

 

General candidate requirements

  • Must be GMC registered
  • Must be able to drive and provide own transport for first 6 months
  • Must be able to work within a team and there is a requirement to work very closely with the Aesthetic Business Development Manager on consultations and the development of the Aesthetic business.
  • Must possess a passion for Aesthetics and a motivation to learn and develop new skills and procedures.
  • Must have had some experience of working in an Aesthetic clinic.
  • Must be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

 

Skills

  • Must have performed at least 50 botox procedures in upper and lower face - must be able to produce training documentation.
  • Must have performed at least 50 filler treatments in upper and lower face including cheek and lip augmentation.
  • Must have knowledge of mesotherapy and preferably have undertaken mesotherapy procedures for skin rejuvenation and cellulite.

  • Must be enthusiastic and someone who enjoys a challenge
