Paediatric Intensive Care / Neonatal Intensive Care Nurses
Due to the expansion of paediatric services, Medacs are delighted to be recruiting to the lead PICU in the Thames Valley region. Working in the new purpose built children’s hospital you will join the unit at an exciting time as services evolve.
All aspects of children’s intensive care nursing are undertaken including neuro and cardio thoracic surgery. This is great opportunity to become a valuable member of a superb team clinicians dedicated to providing quality care to children and their families. As part of one of the largest teaching Trusts in the UK you will be offered a full induction in a supportive environment, with ample opportunities for professional development – HDU and PICU courses are run in conjunction with a nearby university.
To apply you should be a Registered Children’s Nurse, part 8 or 15 or a Registered Nurse (Adult), part 1 or 12 with relevant experience in neonatal nursing. Skilled in the nursing care of children or neonates within an acute setting, you will hold excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be flexible and motivated to succeed.
