Quality Assurance & Infection Control Lead Nurse
The way patient care is delivered in the UK has changed substantially in recent years. The NHS has chosen to work with a few exceptional independent health care providers to reduce waiting times for surgery and improve standards.
Our client is at the forefront of these innovative new services and is now opening a new independent treatment centre on the coast of England. We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable practitioner to ensure the effective co-ordination, delivery and reporting of infection control and quality assurance within this new centre.
Holding NMC registration, you must demonstrate further learning with an infection control qualification, and ideally hold a recognised management qualification; IOSH or other health and safety qualification.
With a background in theatre nursing, you should currently be in an active leadership role. Effective communication skills are essential with an ability to influence a wide range of people, whilst working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
