Medacs Healthcare are currently seeking a motivated senior nurse for the position of Ward and Outpatient Manager.
Responsible for managing the delivery of high quality clinical patient care within the ward and outpatient department, you should have a sound clinical background with current acute healthcare experience. A skilled NMC registered clinician, able to demonstrate ongoing professional development. Ideally holding post basic qualifications in areas such as management and teaching and assessing.
An excellent communicator you will have experience of motivating and leading a team. Customer focussed, with experience in setting goals and standards, and comfortable with implementing change all in the advancement of quality care.
