Client Officer (Acute) - Manchester

Due to continued success an opportunity has arisen for a Client Officer to join the market leader in locum doctor recruitment in the UK based in our office at Salford Quays, Manchester.
The successful applicant will be a driven individual who can work in the recruitment environment to reach and exceed personal targets whilst still being a team player. You will be required to manage a bank of clients within a team where call volumes are extremely high and customer expectations even higher.
You will be working closely with all internal teams to ensure client bookings are filled, your objective is to maximising the short and long term profitability of the company, whilst working to personal and team targets.
You will have daily contact with your clients using your sales skills to ensure you maximise the information gathered from your conversations. This is a challenging role and is very fast paced, organisation and the ability to multi-task is a must. Previous sales experience would be an advantage but more important is the commitment and desire to succeed in a challenging but highly rewarding environment.
Basic salary is negotiable depending upon experience and an excellent commission structure is in place with uncapped earning potential.
Full training and on-going support is given.
