Placement Officer (Acute) - Manchester

Your remit will be to maximise commercial opportunities from a bank of candidates. Your candidates will be Clinicians across a wide range of grades and specialities. Your commitment to service levels require you to have regular contact with your candidates, keeping them informed of all new opportunities, whilst your sales skills will ensure that you maximise the information gathered from your fact-finding conversations. Due to the nature of the placements, you must have an eye for detail to ensure all bookings are made in line with compliance procedures.
Sales experience is highly desirable in this role, however we want to hear from people who have the drive and confidence to succeed in this challenging but highly rewarding environment.
Basic salary is negotiable depending upon experience and an excellent commission structure is on offer with uncapped earning potential.
