Need assistance? We strive to offer you the best service possible. These pages are

you may have.
Yes you can. Medacssocialwork.com offers a log-in to all registered candidates which will give you access to a variety of free facilities. These include being able to view the top ten live jobs currently available, ability to change your bank details, download Medacs documents, and view all your bookings. We also offer a service for you to view your payslips online, and are currently working on an online timesheet facility which will eliminate the need for paper timesheets.
When your consultant offers you a role, they will brief you fully on all aspects, including the pay per hour. Your consultant will negotiate for the highest pay rate possible in accordance with the post and your experience.
Because Medacs Social Work is a national recruitment agency, it is difficult to give a short answer to this question, because pay rates reflect the variance between regions and job roles.
You can generally expect to earn more per hour than you would if you were employed directly with the client – our locums are currently paid an average of £25-30 per hour, but this will vary with experience and location.
Please contact our team directly to discuss guideline pay rates in your area.
Yes you will. Payslips can be sent to your address at the end of every week, or we can supply them online through your personal log-in at MedacsSocialWork.com
Please call or email your consultant at Medacs Social Work who will be able to reset your password.
Yes we do. Medacs Social Work feel that it is important to offer a 24 hour service to our candidates, so we run a national Out Of Hours Team throughout the night.
Whilst it is in our interest to assist as many people as possible to find work, Medacs Social Work is dedicated to maintaining the high standard of experienced social worker that we are known for.
If we do not feel that we will be able to find you work, we will advise you of the reasons for this, and what you could do to increase your skills and experience.
Many people who were not selected first time round have taken our advice to build their experience and have successfully returned to us a year later!
