Our Recruitment Process We have developed a robust recruitment process that ensures quality Candidates
are sourced that accurately match your clinical specification.
Stage 1
Assessing Your Requirements
In order to fully understand your requirements and to answer any general questions you may have,
we suggest that initially an informal meeting is arranged to discuss your needs and to explain our approach.

Stage 2
Resourcing Proposal
Based on your specification, we will respond quickly with a detailed Resourcing Proposal
to meet your requirements that will outline the recruitment plan, timescales involved and
precise costs for the project.

Stage 3
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
We use a wide variety of Candidate attraction initiatives from local confidential professional
networks to ‘headhunt’ senior roles, through to more traditional advertising campaigns in professional journals.
However, we realise that a CV or resumé is only part of the story. Our teams undertake
in-depth interviews supplemented by reference checks to ensure that only Candidates who
meet the required standards are selected.

Stage 4
Short listing and Interviews
Once we have identified a pool of potential Candidates,
we will then work with you to prepare a short list of credible
Candidates which match your organisations specific recruitment process.
Medacs Healthcare will then co-ordinate all aspects associated with the
interviews including full screening, arranging flights and interview venues
if required.

Stage 5
Candidate Selection
Once you have selected the appropriate Candidate(s), Medacs Healthcare will then handle all aspects of the
placement process. This involves informing all Candidates of the relevant outcome and providing appropriate
feedback where applicable. If a Candidate has been recruited internationally we will handle all arrangements
for work permits and visa entry clearance, plus support them with travel arrangements, accommodation
and induction.

Stage 6
Post Placement Review
The final stage of the process is one of the most important. Once the Candidate is in place we provide support
to ensure that they settle in quickly to their new role, and we review the whole process with you to refine any
elements for future requirements.
