Medacs Healthcare prides itself on maintaining the most extensive Candidate database
available, in order to provide a regular supply across all regions and a supply
chain second to none. As the consistent leading provider of medical professionals
in the UK, we have been able to develop processes and practices to support this
capacity.
Dedicated Candidate Resourcing Teams
The majority of new registrations are generated through our Candidate referral scheme;
however we also have dedicated Candidate Resourcing Teams which are tasked with
ensuring we have the appropriate mix of Candidates to match the changing requirements
of our Clients.
Candidate Resourcing Teams undertake a wide variety of initiatives including a combination
of field based work (open days, exhibitions etc) and local on-line and off-line
advertising (regional press, journal advertising, job boards etc). As our Clients’
needs are always developing, the teams are constantly devising new innovative solutions
ensuring continuity of supply is maintained.
Contract Implementation Initiatives
All major Client contracts are supported by specific Candidate Attraction Plans.
Each plan contains the Candidate profile requirements, together with a list of initiatives
that are to be undertaken to ensure requirements are met. All Candidate plans are
reviewed regularly at Client Review Meetings undertaken by our external Account
Managers.
