Delivering the Service
Medacs Healthcare has a proven track record and reputation for delivering high volumes
of cover across the UK. This is delivered through a regionalised structure, ensuring
there is a dedicated focus on meeting the individual needs of Clients in a specific
geographical area.
National Coverage - Regional Focus
Each regional team is responsible for ensuring the correct volume and mix of Candidates
is available to service their area. Due to a significant volume of short notice
jobs regularly being received, it is imperative that a supply of local Candidates
is maintained to ensure these shifts are filled. Where any major shortages can be
identified, regional Candidate attraction plans are developed in conjunction with
Candidate Resourcing Teams.
Dedicated Client Account Teams
Each Client is appointed a dedicated Account Team, to ensure that individual requirements
are correctly established and operational procedures are strictly adhered to. The
team is headed by an external Account Manager, who is responsible for implementing
and managing contract performance, supported by dedicated Client Officers who manage
the day to day staffing requirements. Regular review meetings are undertaken and
managemen management information is provided to ensure that performance is effectively monitored.
Out of Hours Provision
During normal working hours, all Client requests are managed by a dedicated Client
However, as requirements are not always identified during these hours,
we have Out of Hours teams which operate outside of core hours, thus providing a
seamless 24 hour service. The Out of Hours teams have unrestricted access to all
Candidate files and systems; ensuring continuity of service is adhered to at all
times. Medacs Healthcare is contactable 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
