of the Candidates we supply. Medacs Healthcare undertakes rigorous and extensive
health assessments and vetting of all Candidates, including professional registration
(GMC, NMC, GSCC etc), Criminal Records Bureau, Right to Work and reference checks.

Our strict recruitment procedure is driven by our commitment to only register those
of the highest calibre. In order to make registration as efficient and as rigorous
as possible, we utilise dedicated compliance teams to support Candidates through
this process. All Candidates are interviewed face-to-face and are supported by our
own internal Occupational Health Department.
Clinical Governance
All Medacs Healthcare procedures have been developed to incorporate the guidelines
laid down in the Department of Health’s Code of Practice. Integral to our commitment
to quality are our positions of National Medical Director and Director of Nursing.
These highly experienced individuals provide medical advice and guidance with regards
to all Clinical matters and ensure our processes and procedures are suitably robust.
Quality improvement objectives are established, pursued and reviewed by senior management
at regular intervals. We are committed to complying with the requirements of our
Clients and ISO 9001:2000, continually improving the effectiveness and integrity
of our quality system.
