Medacs Healthcare is committed to delivering a quality service across all of its
operations. Clinical Governance is at the heart of all our services, ensuring that
all of our patients receive the highest quality care from the medical professional
administering it.
Integral to our commitment to quality are our positions of National Medical Director
and Director of Nursing. These highly experienced individuals provide medical advice
and guidance with regards to all Clinical matters and ensure our processes and procedures
are suitably robust. They are supported by our Clinical Governance Manager and rigorous
framework of governance and appraisal.
Quality improvement objectives are established, pursued and reviewed by senior management
at regular intervals. We are committed to complying with requirements of the customer
and ISO 9001:2000, continually improving the effectiveness of our quality system.
Experienced Medical Professionals
Medacs Healthcare employs Doctors, Nurses and Clinicians, supported by a team of
dedicated healthcare specialists and consultants. We are also in the unique position
of having access to the largest UK medical database for Candidates supplied through
its Doctors, Nursing and AHP businesses.
All our Clinicians are supported in their Professional Development and Training
including a yearly Formal Appraisal. Medacs Healthcare is currently working with
the appropriate regulatory bodies in order for our training packages to become fully
accredited.
