Our Nursing business is located in Stafford, with a specialist team operating from Central London.

How We Work
Unlike most other recruitment agencies, our Nursing business operates with individual Client and Candidate teams so that they can maximise the benefit of their knowledge and expertise. This enables us to work with the optimum level of efficiency, providing both Clients and Candidates the support they require, whilst being able to drive down overall response times.
Each Client is provided a dedicated service through an experienced team consisting of Business Development Managers, Team Managers and highly trained Consultants. This team is responsible for ensuring that individual requirements are correctly established and operational procedures are strictly adhered to. We also undertake regular review meetings and provide comprehensive management information to ensure that our performance is effectively monitored.
Our unique UK based ‘Out of Hours’ team provide coverage outside of normal working hours to help us deliver a 24 hour, 365 days per year service.

We have achieved our reputation and status based on delivering exceptional customer service. For this very reason we naturally attract high quality candidates who then become very loyal to us. In fact over 75% of the Nurses registered with Medacs Healthcare did so after being recommended to us by a fellow Nurse.
We also undertake a comprehensive, flexible candidate attraction programme to ensure that we are able to supply not only the right calibre of Nurse, but also the grades and specialities that are in demand.
Quality Procedures
It is essential that our clients have full confidence in the quality and integrity of both locum and permanent staff. As such, our procedures are designed to provide a risk free environment to our Clients, our Nurses and their patients alike.
Our registration process involves a rigorous scrutiny of each Nurse, ensuring only the most qualified and competent Nurses are registered. Our dedicated Quality Management team work closely with external organisations such as PaSA and CSCI to ensure total compliance with UK legislation. Our procedures have been developed to incorporate the guidelines laid down in the Care Standards Acts 2000 and Nursing Agency Standards. We also operate a structured complaints procedure should any of our Clients identify an incident that requires investigation.
To maintain high levels of candidates compliance and continued professional development we provide all our Nurses and internal employees with comprehensive training packages, delivered through our internal training department.

Medacs Healthcare are committed to investment in our IT systems, this guarantees that we remain at the forefront of technology and steadfastly deliver an increasingly efficient yet simplistic service. Our unique database, FrostNet, is the most sophisticated system of its kind. Nurses details are maintained within a database and they are automatically matched to suitable positions as soon as they are submitted, based on a range of set criteria. This enables Medacs Healthcare to instantly inform you of suitable Nurses availability.
At Medacs Healthcare we understand the importance of maintaining continuity of patient care and our unique IT system maintains a bank of Nurses who have worked at your establishment previously. The unique way in which the Medacs Healthcare system operates, ensures that priority is always given to this extensive bank of available Nurses.
Management Information
In order to assist in planning, forecasting and budget management, Medacs Healthcare has established comprehensive management information reporting. Through the integration of our bespoke operational database and our website, we have the capability to deliver real time client specific reports detailing locum usage, spend and fill rate. Individual reports can also be provided upon request.
