Our permanent team is focused on sourcing and placing qualified Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare Professionals to fill substantive positions in both NHS and private organisations.

However, they can also draw upon the services of 2 specialist Resourcing teams to undertake specific candidate attraction programme to meet client specific requirements. These teams consist of:

International Resourcing– undertaking regular recruitment campaigns across Department of Health (DOH) approved countries, incorporating both on-line and off-line marketing initiatives, as well as specific recruitment visits within certain countries.

UK Resourcing – identifying potential matches on the Medacs Healthcare existing candidate database, and undertaking UK based marketing campaigns such as advertising, road shows, and recruitment exhibitions.
