We support each client with a dedicated account team, to ensure their individual requirements are correctly established and operational procedures are strictly adhered to. Each team is headed by an account manager, who is responsible for implementing and managing contract performance, supported by dedicated Client Officers who manage the day-to-day staffing requirements. We have regular review meetings and provide management information to help clients monitor performance effectively.
During normal working hours, all client requests are managed by a dedicated account team. However, as requirements often emerge outside of office hours, our Out of Hours team means we can provide a seamless 24 hour service. The Out of Hours teams have unrestricted access to all candidate files and systems, ensuring continuity of service at all times.
