Acute Care Unit Staff Nurse - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Medacs Healthcare currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Acute Care Unit Nurse to work with a renowned, multi-specialty hospital based in Abu Dhabi which is a part of a large medical group in the UAE. The role requires recent experience with either Cardiac, Neuro or Transplant patients.

The facilities at the hospital combine state-of-the-art amenities and world-class service standards. The hospital is a 364-bed facility, with five clinical floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute inpatient units.

You will be responsible for providing general and specialized direct and indirect patient care through the application of evidence-based nursing procedures and practices to patients of all ages on assigned nursing unit. You will also be responsible for demonstrating competency in the behavioural, growth, development and psychosocial needs of patients being treated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Western qualifications only).
• Valid nursing license
• A minimum 2 years of post-registration experience, including at least 1 year as an ICU Nurse working with Cardiac, Neuro or Transplant patients.
• BLS, ACLS courses
