Working in line with the company ethos to deliver excellent care to patients being treated in their own homes., we are currently recruiting experienced Health Visitors in the Hamersmith and Fulham area.
Role: Health Visitor
Band: Band 6
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Skill Set/experience: Must have previous experience working as a health visitor in the NHS with relevant qualification. Recent health visitor experience, including working with target and safeguarding families; running well-baby clinics; managing own caseload.
