Salary: £23 - £27 per hour

About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Front door service's' team based at Morriston Hospital, part of Swansea Bay University Health Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist occupational therapy to patients within the Front Door Service.
• Conduct rapid assessments
• Provide planning and intervention of patients to suppoirt discharge and prevent admission to hopsital.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist with:

• HCPC registration.
• UK-recognised occupational therapy diploma/degree.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience, ideally within the UK healthcare system.
