ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group (MGG) Workforce Solutions division is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner.
Here's some of the key responsibilities:
- Focusing on increasing the volume of workers
- Fulfilling all elements of the recruitment on-boarding process
- Liaising with Consultants to ensure that workers are utilised effectively
- Proactively looking at booked data to build roster into targeted areas
- Working with marketing department on the attraction piece to increase volume of workers
- Ensuring new workers experience a top-level on-boarding experience
- Liaising with stakeholders within business in key locations to set-up interviews on future workers
- Working with the Administrator to set-up new workers with uniform, identification, information, and mandatory training
- Understanding of client culture and staffing requirements to deliver the service required
- Proactively staying in touch with workers to see latest availability and working to maximise opportunities
- Being the first port of call for any worker issue escalations and troubleshooting
A recruitment professional ideally with RPO model experience, a strong relationship builder who is proficient in full life cycle recruitment and has the ability to identify commercial opportunities to develop the service portfolio.
