Medacs Healthcare is looking for a Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join a large University NHS Trust based in Nottinghamshire.
Salary scale: £84,559 to £114,003 per annum depending on experience - 10 PA's
Hours: Full time, 10 PA's contract
We are looking for a Stroke Consultant Physician to join an existing team of 10 NHS and academic consultants providing Stroke services to the people of Nottinghamshire and beyond. The Trust is the Comprehensive Stroke Centre for the East Midlands and provides Endovascular, Neurosurgical services, 24/7 Thrombolysis and Hyperacute Care.
The service is expanding following the successful business case for expanding Mechanical Thrombectomy 24/7. There is capacity to make more than one appointment for this recruitment round.
You will be joining a dedicated, diverse and dynamic team of professionals providing outstanding stroke care and internationally recognised Stroke research within the NIHR Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre, a partnership between the Trust and the University of Nottingham.
