ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs is currently recruiting for an Onsite Administrator for our Workforce Solutions division to be based from our West London offices.
The Administrator supports the Managed Service deliver its contractual obligations by carrying out general administrative and could include dealing with pay queries, timesheet monitoring, inputting shifts and bookings on system, compliance checking and chasing, maintaining up to date candidate profiles on the database and providing help desk support to candidates and service users.

If you enjoy working onsite within a fast-paced environment whilst being process driven, then this role will be ideal for you to utilise your administration and customer service experience. Experience working within agency recruitment or healthcare administration is desirable but not essential.
