ABOUT THE ROLE

Medacs is currently recruiting for Compliance Officer for our Workforce Solutions Division to be based onsite in West London.

You will conduct operational checks, monitoring and reporting the status against compliance standards in relation to client, contract and legal requirements. Ensuring that all candidates placed are compliant in line with framework requirements. You will be guiding and advising of the standards required and how to follow company compliance policies and processes. Assisting with development of compliance related business processes and document control.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Produce compliance reports in a timely manner in line with defined standards
  • Follow an audit program for the auditing of contracts
  • Follow up actions from previous audits internal audit external
  • Produce audit reports
  • Provide guidance and advice to internal Managers of how their business can improve compliance levels
  • Identify and highlight any risks and issues
  • Ensure criminal record checking procedures are adhered to
  • Assist with Document control and maintaining of the requirements of the Business management system
