International Nursing Resourcing Consultant

Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for an International Nursing Resourcing Consultant, you will be based at our London office with a mix of working from the office with the team and remotely from home.

This is a key resourcing role ensuring there is a constant supply of nursing candidates who meet the criteria and needs of our clients so that vacancies can be filled within the required timeframes.

You will be focusing on the sourcing of specialist nurses and AHPs across permitted countries around the Globe.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

• Candidate attraction, marketing, and advertising job vacancies
• Sourcing strong talent, screening CVs and formatting CVs
• Grow and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through database calls, social media, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and headhunting
• Keeping candidates informed on all new work opportunities
• Promoting new vacancies through candidate marketing calls
• Maximize the information gathered from telephone calls relating the candidates' availability, work preferences and willingness to relocate to the UK
• Assist with marketing campaigns to maximise on leads and provide monthly reports on leads' conversion.
• Manage the recruitment of candidates in targeted countries based on the shortage of specific specialties
• Ensure a continuous candidate pipeline
• Check candidates' eligibility and qualifications
• Working closely with the Account Managers
• keep informed of new policies and procedures in the recruiting countries
• Contacting applicants within 24 hours and building relationships
• Monitor competitor activity and local industry trends
