Onsite Workforce Solutions Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Onsite Administrator to be based in Wrexham. You will need strong admin skills and to be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

• Providing telephone help desk to clients, candidates, and agencies
• Managing the medical bank inbox
• Conducting preemployment checks and inputting records on system
• Managing and reporting onto the system, keeping all jobs updated and data entered correctly.
• Scanning all complete files
• Ensuring all timesheets are handled in a prompt manner
• Inputting jobs/bookings and rotas onto the system
• Resolving payroll queries from doctors
