Medacs Healthcare is looking for experienced, qualified Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join multi-disciplinary teams across Oxfordshire. We would love to hear from experienced Mental Health Nurses to be responsible for the co-oridination and management of the ward and assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients whilst also supporting their families and carers.
We are looking for NMC registered Mental Health Nurses who have a minimum of six months NHS experience and can do both days and nights, we can offer you both ad hoc shifts and full time giving you control over when and how often you work.
You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual and work well in a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently within a busy and intensive environment dealing with unpredictable situations whilst remaining focused on providing a person-centred and recovery approach to care and treatment.
