Band 6 Community nurse IMHT Cannock

The community mental health team Cannock are looking for a band 6 nurse to support their team, please see more details below:

  • Band 6 Community mental health practitioner
  • To undertake comprehensive and holistic assessments including risk assessments.
  • To provide treatment including psychological interventions
  • To hold a caseload and coordinate patients care.
  • To support patients with complex mental health needs ensuring the patient is at the centre of their care.
  • Care driver essential
  • Start ASAP for 12 week initially
  • 5 days a week: 9am - 5pm
