Role: Band 5 Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse

Rates: £31.06 - £39.61 per hour

Shifts: 3 month block booking, Monday to Friday, day shifts available

Are you a dedicated and skilled Band 5 Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse with recent relevant UK experience? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team of healthcare staff

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a Band 5 Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse you will:

• carry out a full range of duties, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient's condition
• actively support emergency admissions, planned admissions and post-surgery patients and their families.
• communicate clinical information using a variety of methods to ensure effective understanding.
• safely identify, prepare, check and assemble equipment required for the relevant operating list.
• be responsible for adhering to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

Essential

• Be a registered nurse / ODP
• 6 months recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years.
• You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
