ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Administrator to work onsite in Wrexham.
Here's some of the key responsibilities:
- Providing telephone help desk to clients, candidates and agencies
- Managing the inbox
- Conducting preemployment checks and inputting records on system
- Managing and reporting onto the system, keeping all jobs updated and data entered correctly
- Scanning all complete files
- Ensuring all timesheets are handled in a prompt manner
- Inputting jobs/bookings and rotas onto the system
- Resolving payroll queries from Doctors
