Medacs Healthcare is delighted to announce a new recruitment partnership with CareTech Community Services Limited.
CareTech is an established nationwide social care provider, offering specialist support to adults, young people and children with a wide range of learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, sensory impairments and mental health problems.
As the new preferred suppliers for CareTech, Medacs Healthcare’s social care team are now recruiting large volumes of support workers, healthcare assistants, nurses, managers, deputy managers, and team leaders in nationwide locations.
CareTech’s approach means that individuals can be supported in their own homes or within a variety of community, residential and nursing care settings.
The roles come with a wide range of benefits and excellent opportunities for career progression, with unqualified care workers offered a full induction to Care Certificate Standards and free training apprenticeships to achieve a qualification in social care.
