New Social Care Partnership
Medacs Healthcare is delighted to announce a new recruitment partnership with CareTech Community Services Limited.
CareTech is an established nationwide social care provider, offering specialist support to adults, young people and children with a wide range of learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, sensory impairments and mental health problems.
As the new preferred suppliers for CareTech, Medacs Healthcare’s social care team are now recruiting large volumes of support workers, healthcare assistants, nurses, managers, deputy managers, and team leaders in nationwide locations.
CareTech’s approach means that individuals can be supported in their own homes or within a variety of community, residential and nursing care settings.
The roles come with a wide range of benefits and excellent opportunities for career progression, with unqualified care workers offered a full induction to Care Certificate Standards and free training apprenticeships to achieve a qualification in social care.
Debbie Hood, Social Care Manager said;
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with CareTech to recruit the frontline workers needed to deliver their high quality care and support services. Social care in the UK is facing a significant shortfall of workers, therefore the apprenticeship schemes CareTech are offering are greatly needed and will be crucial to developing the specialist skills required to tackle future care challenges”.
Vanessa Coates, Resourcing Business Partner, CareTech said :
“I totally endorse the statement made by Debbie Hood and look forward to working in partnership with Medacs. The company and the team have a full understanding of CareTech values and the challenges being faced within the industry”.
