We are delighted to announce an exclusive nursing managed service contract win with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Medacs Healthcare has been working in partnership with Lancashire Teaching Hospital for several years, with an established on-site managed service team supporting the trust to recruit both bank and agency doctors, and an existing off-site managed service for nurses.
The new contract, set to go live in early October, means we will now operate a full on-site managed service for nursing too, and the wide range of nurses and midwives we engage to work at the trust will benefit from first sight of shifts, block bookings and the reassurance of having a dedicated team on hand to support with compliance and on-boarding.
There is a huge call for nurses in the North West of England, and this latest contract will provide even more work opportunities for general paediatric nurses, chemotherapy nurses and midwives.
As one of the largest and highest performing trusts in the UK, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides care to over 390,000 people in the North West of England, including to residents of Preston, Chorley and South Ribble.
The Trust, which comprises three hospitals and eleven clinics across the North West - including Royal Preston Hospital, Lytham Hospital and Chorley and South Ribble Hospital – provides a full range of direct hospital services and aims to deliver excellent care that meets the needs of every patient.
This announcement, coupled with recent wins at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Foundation Trust, has allowed us to further establish ourselves as a major force in healthcare recruitment with a high volume of exclusive jobs available within the North West and nationwide.
