Standard Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions - Nursing: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of a £250 payment is the “Referrer”. The referrer will qualify for a payment of £250 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) should each of the following conditions be met: The Referrer must; have recommended to the Promoter an NMC-registered general nurse who subsequently registers with the Promoter; have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”); ensure that the Candidate confirms the Referrer's full name when registering with the Promoter. The Candidate must; be a registered nurse; have a valid NMC number; be eligible to work in the UK; not already be registered with the Promoter; complete 100 hours of work via the Promoter within a six month period, commencing within six months of the registration date. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 (net of any bank transfer fees applicable) into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer. The Referrer may recommend more that one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting a referral the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The promotion is not open to employees and past employees of the Promoter, nor their families. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 
Standard Locum Work Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of a £250 payment is the “Referrer”. The referrer will qualify for a payment of £250 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) should each of the following conditions be met: The Referrer must; be registered with the Promoter as an agency worker; have recommended to the Promoter a GMC-registered doctor or a doctor who is eligible for full GMC registration without adaptation (applies to European trained nurses) who subsequently registers for work with the Promoter; have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”). The Candidate must; have a valid GMC pin; be eligible to work in the UK; not already be registered with the Promoter; complete 100 hours of work via the Promoter within a six month period, commencing within six months of the registration date. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer. The Referrer may recommend more that one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting a referral the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The promotion is not open to employees and past employees of the Promoter, nor their families. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. It is the Referrer's responsibility to ensure that the candidate confirms the Referrer's full name when registering with the Promoter.

The recipient of a £250 payment is the “Candidate”. The candidate will qualify for a payment of £250 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) should each of the following conditions be met: The candidate must; be an NMC-registered nurse who subsequently registers with the Promoter; have a valid NMC registration number; be eligible to work in the UK; not already be registered with the Promoter; complete 100 hours of work via the Promoter within a six month period, commencing within six months of the registration date. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Candidate qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Candidate. By registering the Candidate is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The promotion is not open to employees and past employees of the Promoter, nor their families. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 
Joining Bonus Terms and Conditions – Nurses – 2gether Trust: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of a £250 payment is the “Candidate”. The offer is valid until 31 December 2019. The Candidate will qualify for a payment of £250 (subject to tax and National Insurance contributions) should each of the following conditions be met: The Candidate must; (a) be eligible to work in the UK; (b) have a valid NMC number; (c) have a minimum of six months’ NHS experience gained in the last two years; (d) not already be working as an agency worker with the Promoter; (e) have applied to register with the Promoter by 31 December 2019; and (f) have completed 100 hours via the Promoter commencing within three months of the date of registration at 2gether Trust only. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Candidate qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Candidate. By completing a registration the Candidate is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not liable for the £250 payment in relation to assignments that are not completed for any reason before the full three months have elapsed. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 
Star Care Worker Terms and Conditions: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of £100 in gift vouchers is the “Care Worker”. The Care Worker will qualify for £100 in gift vouchers should each of the following conditions be met: The Care Worker must; be an employee with the Promoter and have demonstrated an outstanding performance as determined by the homecare management team from the Promoter. It is at the discretion of the Promoter as to who receives the Star Care Worker of the Quarter prize and subsequently, £100 in gift vouchers. The promotion is not open to office employees and past employees of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 
Joining Bonus Terms and Conditions - Betsi: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of a £100 payment is the “Candidate”.  The offer is valid until 30 June 2020. The Candidate will qualify for a payment of £100 (subject to tax and National Insurance deductions) should each of the following conditions be met: The Candidate must; (a) be eligible to work in the UK; (b) have a valid NMC number; (c) have a minimum of six months’ NHS experience gained in the last two years; (d) not already be working as an agency worker with the Promoter; (e) have applied to register with the Promoter by 1 April 2020; and (f) have completed all compliance requirements necessary to work, and completed one shift lasting at least 7 hours, at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board via the promoter commencing within three months of the date of registration. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Candidate qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £100 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Candidate. By completing a registration the Candidate is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not liable for the £100 payment in relation to shifts that are not completed for any reason.
