*Joining Bonus Terms and Conditions: The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 800 The Boulevard, Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3BA. The recipient of a £50 payment is the “Candidate”. The offer is valid until 31 May 2020. The Candidate will qualify for a payment of £50 (subject to tax and National Insurance contributions) should each of the following conditions be met: The Candidate must; (a) be eligible to work in the UK; (b) have a valid NMC number; (c) have a minimum of six months’ NHS experience gained in the last two years; (d) not already be working as an agency worker with the Promoter; (e) have applied to register with the Promoter by 31 May 2020; and (f) have completed one shift via the promoter commencing within three months of the date of registration. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Candidate qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £50 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Candidate. By completing a registration the Candidate is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not liable for the £50 payment in relation to assignments that are not completed for any reason before the full three months have elapsed. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
