Once someone has been offered a position within your organisation we will complete an assessment of their health prior to the commencement of employment.
This questionnaire, which is completed by our experienced healthcare professionals, will provide a review of their current health and wellbeing.
Should we identify that a candidate requires some additional support in the workplace we will provide you with guidance and details on the next steps to take to ensure that they receive any reasonable adjustments to their work environment. Alternatively, we’ll liaise with your HR teams to complete the certificate or arrange for further assessments which may include face-to-face if the candidate is showing indications that they may not be fit for the role.
The assessments can be conducted on-site at your organisation for ease of access or within one of our local clinics.
