Lead Nurse - Permanent Role
Location: Streatham High Practice, London SW16 2ST
Salary: Up to £48,000, depending on experience - Pro Rata
Hours: 30 per week

About the Role
Medacs Healthcare is delighted to be partnering with Operose Health to recruit a Lead Nurse for their team at Streatham High Practice, London. This permanent, full-time position offers you the opportunity to make a genuine difference, to work closely with the regional nursing, operational and GP team members to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks. If successful, we will support you throughout compliance and onboarding, so you feel confident and ready to start your new role.
About You
You are a UK registered Lead Nurse with significant post-registration experience. You have extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams, and a strong understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework.
