AHP candidates recruited for include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, radiographers, pharmacists, dieticians and biomedical scientists.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will efficiently develop and manage a bank of AHP professionals and place them with clients, taking on a 360 approach which will include attracting candidates, selling to clients and end-to-end recruitment processing.
As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating compliance requirements to candidates in line with client or framework provider compliance guidelines.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for coordinating operational plans, sales and ensuring Medacs remains an efficient and profitable business in line with the Medacs strategy.
Teams within our AHP division enjoy a more manageable pace of work than our other divisions which can be more demanding. This division is known for being a ‘CV-based’ business, which largely involves reviewing candidate CVs, engaging with candidates, understanding their skillsets, and forwarding high calibre CVs to our clients for review. Suitable candidates would get selected for interviews, and if successful in interviews, our AHP teams would support with arranging all compliance paperwork to get candidates ready for work.
Staff within our AHP teams are able to work flexible hours to fit their lifestyles, and a hybrid, blended working approach is offered where staff have the option to work from home or in our offices. When joining our team, you will be properly trained over six months to learn our systems and processes – giving you the confidence to deliver a great service to our clients and candidates.
