Our social care teams place skilled social care professionals into rewarding full and part-time jobs - ranging from care assistants and support workers through to qualified social workers.
As one of the UK’s leading social care agencies, our teams generally have a large volume and variety of social care jobs to fill within the NHS and private sector.
There are different types of roles within our Social Care division including:
As an Administrator you will help our division deliver on contractual obligations by dealing with candidate pay queries, timesheet monitoring, inputting shifts and bookings on to the system, compliance checking and chasing, and providing help desk support to candidates.
As a Placement Officer you will develop and manage a bank of social care professionals and place them into jobs with our clients. By maintaining regular contact with all registered social care professionals, you’ll build lasting relationships and keep them informed of all new work opportunities.
As a Client Officer you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our client base, liaising with trusts and hospitals on social care requirements. All vacancy requirements will be added to our systems by you, and you’ll continuously monitor vacancy fill rates.
The pace of the work within our Social Care division is generally quite fast paced, and it’s guaranteed work due to large demand from our client base. Our teams are always looking to fill vacancies as part of established contracts, rather than ad hoc requests for specialists.
When joining this team, you will join a highly specialist team that’s vastly experienced in the social care recruitment industry, who are able to give our candidates and clients honest advice, regular feedback and realistic timescales. You will also experience a very friendly, welcoming and family-type culture within the team that will support you at each step of your career journey.
Due to the pandemic, our staff now work in a hybrid working model, working from home most of the time with occasional visits to our offices when required. We also give staff the option to be flexible with their hours if needed, for example, starting earlier and finishing earlier to meet personal commitments where necessary.
We are passionate about our people’s careers. Whether you are looking to develop your skills within your current role, or take the next step into a more senior role, we will support you at every step of your career journey.
