Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Children's) (Diploma not accepted)
• Qualified and experienced from the UK, Europe, Australasia or North America
• Proven senior/management experience in an NICU setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Role Overview:

You will oversee the NICU's daily operations, lead and develop a team of NICU nurses, manage resources and drive high standards of patient care in line with international best practices.
