About the Role

As a locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Must be on the Specialist Register - Respiratory

Monday - Friday

No on call 40

DCC
The locum respiratory consultants will cover both inpatient ward work and outpatient clinics, ensuring that we meet our zero 65-week wait target for outpatient appointments

Responsibilities

• Supporting junior doctors and clinical staff
• Contributing to service development and audits

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable:

• CCT in Respiratory Medicine (or within 6 months of achieving it)
