Cheadle Community Hospital is preparing for the winter season and we're looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team. With winter pressure shifts available from 1st December, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in your local community while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

📋 Main Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care and mobility

• Support admissions, discharges, and general ward duties

• Help prepare equipment and maintain cleanliness

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff

• Record observations and report concerns

• Promote dignity, respect, and independence

🎓 Requirements:

• At least 6 months recent NHS or care experience within the last 3 years

• Enhanced background check clearance

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
