Consultant - General Practice - GP (Addiction Medicine) - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Medacs Healthcare is partnering with a new specialist service in Abu Dhabi seeking a Consultant in General Practice with expertise in Addiction / Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

This is an opportunity to join a newly established addiction treatment service, supporting the development of a specialist programme focused on evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Specialist qualification in General Practice recognised by the UAE licensing authority (e.g. CCT, CCST, American Board, FRACP, RCPSC, DES, Fachärztliche Anerkennung)
• Strong experience or subspecialty training in Addiction Medicine / Substance Use Disorder
• Minimum 2 years' post-specialist experience in a hospital setting
• Experience gained in Western Europe, North America, or Australasia
