Locum Consultant or Speciality Doctor in Oncology - UK-Wide Opportunities | Medacs Healthcare

Job Title: Locum Consultant / SD Clinical Oncologist - covering any out of Gynae , Breast, Upper GI, Urology (Breast and Gynae are priority)

Location: Lancashire, UK

Rate: £90 - £130ph, PAYE only.

Contract Type: Locum

Details: Start ASAP for 3 months initially, but job is ongoing. Mon - Fri , 9 - 5
Possible part time hours for right candidate
Primarily based on 1 site BUT some cross site cover may be required (13 miles between sites)
We currently have significant pressures with Gynae , Breast, Upper GI, urology service. They would need experience within either of those (Breast and Gynae are priority).
Clinical Oncologist is very much preferable please. They can do Radiotherapy and Chemo.

About the Role

As a locum Consultant in Oncology, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable:

• CCT in Oncology (or within 6 months of achieving it)
