Client Name: NHS Ayrshire & Arran

Role: Locum Consultant in Adult Psychiatry

Rates: £100 - £125 per hour (PAYE)

Shifts: Ideally 3-4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and / or Fridays)

Location: Ailsa Hospital

Consultant or experienced SAS doctor (section 22 approved) to undertake inpatient and community role in South Ayrshire - based at Ayr (Ailsa hospital) Ideally 3-4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and / or Fridays) No on-call requirements Ward review twice a week 2 OPCs Potential extension after the 3 months.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• MRCPsych or FRCPsych or equivalent
• Full GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Registration for Psychiatry
• S22 Approval status in place
• S12 Approval status in place
• Approved Clinician (AC)
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
