Paediatric Nurse Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are currently recruiting an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager for a well‑established and highly reputable hospital in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading healthcare institutions in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum 3-year duration)
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a paediatric unit or PICU within a hospital setting
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
