Job Title: Locum Consultant in Geriatric Medicine

Location: Ayr

Rate: £90 - £105p/h

Contract Type: Locum (short-term and long-term assignments available)

Start Date: July - August - with view to extend

Department are looking for consultant with experience in frailty or care of the elderly.

They will also be required cover the Acute Frailty unit twice per week. -

About the Role

As a locum Consultant in Geriatric Medicine, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable:

• CCT in Geriatric Medicine (or within 6 months of achieving it)
