Medacs Healthcare are currenty looking fro experience Community Mental Health Nurse to work with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

    • 2 x a week. Tue + Fri 9.00-17.00
    • Address: Fulb Old Drift, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5EE
    • Start as soon as possible

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments for children and young people, including risk assessment and management

• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in line with service user needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a CAMHS setting
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with external agencies (e.g. schools, social care)
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with NMC and organisational standards
• Provide support, guidance, and psychoeducation to patients and their families/carers
• Participate in safeguarding procedures and escalate concerns appropriately
• Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and service development initiatives
