Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage, and prioritise CAMHS referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-making
- Conduct initial screenings and risk assessments to determine urgency and care pathways
- Allocate referrals to appropriate services in line with clinical need and service criteria
- Liaise with internal teams and external professionals to gather relevant information and support decision-making
- Provide advice and guidance to referrers, families, and professionals regarding access to services
- Ensure all referrals and clinical activity are accurately documented in line with governance standards
- Manage a fast-paced caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical care and responsiveness
- Escalate safeguarding or high-risk concerns in line with policy
