Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 - Likely to extend

Sessional input into two neighbouring community mental health teams 2 Days into Derwentside CMHT based at Derwent Clinic, Shotley Bridge, and 3 days into Bishop Auckland and Dales CMHT based at Auckland Park, Bishop Auckland. Consultant psychiatrist for community mental health team - duties to include assessment, diagnosis and management of organic and functional mental health problems in older people, provision of clinical leadership within the team, adherence to relevant Trust policies and processes. Experience in old age mental health services - ideally memory clinic and functional mental health client groups

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work

• CCT
