Eligibility to work in the UK as a healthcare professional

There are three key eligibility requirements to check before you apply.

1. Your country of origin

In line with the NHS Employers Code of Practice, we cannot support you if you are applying from a country listed as red or amber on this official list.

2. Your language skills

To work as a healthcare professional in the UK, you need to meet the English language requirement and pass an English test. The cost of the test is generally reimbursed with your first salary when you start your job. Note: if you have worked for the last 2 years (or were trained in) a country where English is the native language, you may not need to take a test. Please indicate on the form below.

3. Your experience

You must have at least 12 months of recent clinical experience (gained within the last 2 years).

If you meet all these requirements, please fill in the form below and a member of our team will contact you to find out more about your skills and interests, explain the process in full and arrange job interviews.
