About you:

Are you a trained Senior Pharmacy Assistant seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our NHS client in Chelsea who has experience in NHS Technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

To aseptically dispense sterile cytotoxic products and other sterile injectables
Assembly of aseptic products in preparation for aseptic dispensing (chemotherapy and intravenous medicines)

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced and highly Pharmacy Assistant (Band 3) with:

Recent relevant BAND 3/4 Technician with experience in NHS Technical services
Training undertaken within a hospital environment
Experience of preparing cytotoxic products
Pharmacy labelling and stock control systems
Understanding of procurement methods
Adherence to and implementation of procedures
Full UK right to work.
